Its funny how a kids dreams can be squashed by a parents lack of Faith, faith in all that which they have instilled in their kids.

Christmas has passed with a great time of reflection. It was great to spend a low key, laid back Christmas with the family. We opend our gifts early on the 23rd and just had a great time taking in thoughtful, planned, and normal presents that ment the world to me. I got a beutifull leather jacked from my true love and in return got her a nice diamond pendent. I also got some much needed snowboard goggles (Oakleys). But above all the pressents, I was just blessed to have a Christmas where we could all reflect on the one true gift at Christmas, Christ. So often I find our family flying through the holiday with planing, parties, decorating, church service, after church service, and it is all to easy to pass the holiday by without giving much thought to Christ. So this Christmas as my mom puts it "the best Christmas Ever," is the sentement shared by myself too.
Too all my Edmonton friends that are like family in so many ways, I missed you and thought of your greatly too. I love you all, cant wait to see you soon.
Merry Christmas

I am really excited to see my beutifull fiance and family. Lookforward to eating lots, blogging often, and sleep excesively. Will keep you up-dated. I have to complete a Church History 3 class over the break so your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreatiated.
